Q. Do I need to bring my own bed linen?
A. No. Homes and apartments are supplied with duvets, all bed linen and towels

Q. Is there an additional charge for electricity?
A. Electricity is charged at € 10 a day.

Q. How early do I need to book?
A. We recommend that you book as early as possible but especially for the busy months of July and August, bank holiday weekends and school holidays.

Q. Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
A. Yes, a major credit card is required. Alternatively we will hold your booking for 7 working days until we receive the appropriate deposit by mail. A cheque, postal order or bank draft is acceptable. The balance is payable 4 to 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
A. Any changes should be made as early as possible. In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future bookings. Please check our booking Terms and Conditions.

Q. When can I check in?
A. Check in is from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival. If an earlier check-in is required please contact our reservations office.

Q. What time do I have to check out?
A. Check out is strictly before 10.00 a.m. in summer months otherwise we will be as flexible as possible. Late check out must be pre-arranged with reservations.

Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit?
A. Yes, at check-in a security deposit of 100 Euro is required. See booking Terms and Conditions for further information.

Q. What is the letting policy?
A. Normally our minimum requirement is 2 nights, midweek or weekend. In July and August and other peak periods we rent on a weekly basis only.

Q. Can you arrange a cot or high chair during our stay?
A. Yes. There is no charge for a cot we allow one per apartment or holiday home. Cots and high chairs must be requested when booking is being made. Rental charge applies.
