TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pre-booking is essential, and we recommend to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All treatments are subject to availability. Kenmare Bay Beauty reserve the right to alter prices, opening hours, change or discontinue services without prior notice

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation within 24hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients cancelling an appointment within 12 hours of the original time will incur the full cost of the treatment. All bookings will require credit card or laser card details in order to confirm appointments.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment as all appointments will end at their scheduled times so the next guest will not be delayed.

FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY

Children are not permitted in any area of the Treatment Suites. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnant or any medical complications we advise you to consult with your doctor prior to your visit. Please ensure you disclose all relevant information at the time of your booking so that we can suggest an alternative treatment where necessary to avoid disappointment on arrival.
